We seek to offer a full range of NHS General Practice Services, which are subject to contracts between NHS Northamptonshire (NHS) and Dr Onimole & Partners, wee also offer acupuncture

These services include: specialist clinics for children and pregnant women, Cervical Cytology, Contraception, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, CHD, Minor Surgery and Minor Injury

Nurse Practitioner Triage

Our Nurse Practitioners, who can prescribe, deal with minor illnesses and emergency conditions in addition to the GPs. 

Practice Nurse

Our Practice Nurses deal with wound dressing, ear syringing, vaccinations, cervical smears, help with weight loss and smoking cessation. 

Travel Clinic

roomIf you are travelling abroad our Practice Nurses hold a Travel Clinic on Wednesday afternoons (for travel vaccinations etc).  Please complete one of our travel questionnaires (available at reception) and a Nurse will then contact you with further information. However we ask you to give ample notice (preferably 6 weeks) before your holiday as it may be difficult to schedule any required vaccinations before your holiday departure date. 

Health Care Assistant

Our Health Care Assistant is trained to take blood samples, blood pressure, new patient checks, ECGs and Diabetic foot checks.  You can pre-book appointments for all of these.

Community Nurses work in liaison with the Doctors and look after patients who need care at home.  If you wish to see a District Nurse, you may leave a message at reception, which will be passed on to them. 

Community Midwife

The Community midwife and the Doctors look after all antenatal patients jointly.  The Community Midwives may be contacted at Isebrook Hospital (tel.  01933 440099 from 9.30am to 10.ooam), alternatively a message may be left on the labour ward at Kettering Maternity Unit (tel. 01536 410666).  The Midwife runs antenatal clinic here at the Surgery on Tuesday mornings from 9.15am to 12.00pm.

Health Visitor

The Health Visitor will make contact with you between 10 and 14 days after the birth of your baby. There will then be a 6 to 8 week review, further to this development assessments take place at 3 to 4 months and 6 to 9 months with a development review ar 2 years and 6 months. The Health Visitor can be contacted on 01933 358651. 

Baby vaccinations are carried out at clinics held by our Practice Nurse on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings.
